JW Marriott Jeju Resort is located on the foot of Sammaebong peak along the southern shore at Seogwipo and near the resort are art museums, eco-park and beach resort such as Seogwipo Ocean Resort and Palm Village. The site is best suited for hotel development owing to mild and warm climate and spectacular panoramic view. The resort consists of hotel and hot spring along the central axis lying along the extension between Beom Island and the site. Organized around the hot spring, all hotel guest rooms command an ocean view. The hotel spreads out along the sloped site creating a perfect harmony with the beautiful surroundings. The exterior design respects the natural settings of the site and distinctively reflects the regional context with its organically organized roof and balcony line.
