‘’THE SPARK’’ design proposal by BAUM ARCHITECTS & MAA – MELIKE ALTINISIK ARCHITECTS will symbolize a seamless integration with its harmonious blend of elliptical ring-shaped facilities among the Han River and Yeouido Park for the Seoul City.

1. The design facilitates easy access to various cultural landscapes from multiple points, creating seamless visual and natural circulation between Han River and Yeouido Park.
2. As a dynamic cultural hub, it offers a range of cultural experiences including performing arts, exhibitions, museums, festivals, concerts, and more.
3. Grand Performance Hall (2000 ppl) and Medium Theatre (700ppl) accommodates rehearsal rooms, restaurants, and cafes towards the Han River with observation terraces where visitors will enjoy the Seoul City from a higher level.
4. The layout allows people to freely move between separated cultural buildings, utilizing a semi-covered Urban passage and an elevated plaza art shops, cafes, and restaurants are arranged to encourage public gathering.
5. Elliptical ring-shaped pedestrian bridges not only connect the Waterside and Park but also serve as observatory platforms, contributing to enhance the visual appeal and overall visitor experience within the sustainable environmental aspect of “THE SPARK” and offering a unique urban journey in Seoul’s city center.
