The Cassanova Bai Tram project functions as an entertainment and resort complex with a hotel, a club and resort villas located on the mountainside overlooking the sea. The project is located on a land area of more than 5 hectares with beautiful scenery with two sides overlooking the East Sea and one side overlooking Cu Mong lagoon. One of the unique features and difficulties of the project is the complex and steep terrain. The building blocks are arranged according to the terrain, using materials resembling the color of the existing cliffs, all creating an interesting overall landscape combining natural and artificial elements.
